We absolutely LOVE Joe Branca and his twin brother, Jose. He is truly THE best thing we have discovered thus far in our new country of Panama. We were fortunate enough to meet him when we first began our search for a new home in the Boquete area several months ago. Jose was the first of 4 realtors with whom we had appointments, but after meeting him for 15 minutes we immediately cancelled all of the others.
Jose speaks good English, is a LICENSED realtor, has an MBA degree, is the great-grandson of Panama's third president and
has so many personal, business and political connections that he seems to know everybody and everybody knows him.
He is also a moral, honest, professional, totally principled man, who is completely committed to his work, his clients,
friends and his country.
Jose not only helped us find the right home but has become our best friend, the project manager for our home renovation while we were still out of country, hired our architect, interior designer and pays all the bills for us, then his property management branch found us a temporary home to rent while ours is being completed. He is MUCH more than "just a real estate agent".
Whatever we have needed, he has taken care of for us.
I trust Jose with my home, my money and my future life here in Panama. He is obviously not in business just to make a quick sale and disappear. This is a man who can help his clients through the difficult maze of buying property and making the transition
to living in a new country. I just thank God that he is my friend and realtor.
I very much hope to do business with him again and again in the future.
There may be several real estate agents in the Boquete/Volcan area, but there is only ONE Jose Branca.

In 2007, my wife and I came to Boquete to see for ourselves all of the many things we read about that International Living had to offer. We came to experience Panama and to see what we could see.
Through International Living we met Jose Branca. We spent time with him and he helped us figure out what it was that we really wanted.
He showed us many properties and was able to bring us to a property that was right for us.
We appreciated Jose’s professionalism, and his straight forward way of conducting business. We were also happy because of his well spoken English and his enthusiasm to help us in any way he could. Upon returning to Boquete in 2008, we went to see him again. This time we told him that we now wished to purchase a house. We knew we could trust him to show us something we would like.
Jose listened to the requests of what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend.
He did not waste our time showing us things that were beyond our price range or beyond the description of things we wanted. This was a great blessing to us.
Jose did a great job at explaining things to us until everything was understood.
He has an excellent staff who also speaks English, and this of course is very important to us as we do not speak Spanish.
Another plus to Branca Realty is that they assist buyers with property management if you wish to rent out your purchase.
