Rates charged for the management of association budgets vary depending upon the size of the assoication and the various common elements that require management. Typically, a flat monthly management fee is charged for the services required. Repair and maintenance items are normally billed at time & materials. Visas and Immigration / Required Documentation

  • Valid Passport.
  • Proof of a return ticket/transition to another country (All tourists must show that they intend to leave within 90 days)
  • Economic means
  • Visa or tourist card
    • Tourist Visa: Obtainable from Panamanian consulates outside of the country and before travel.
    • Tourist Card : Valid for 30 days. Normally, the airline will sell these at a price of $5.00 upon intended entry to the country. Tourist cards must be possessed by the majority of persons entering the country, for example, Residents of the United States. However, some persons are exempt - for example, those of British residency. Tourist Cards can be extended to 90 days.
